Description:
The main building features a large barrel-vaulted Industriehalle with an attached compact side wing, framing a southwest-facing exterior space along the river. It houses flexible light-industrial or office units organized around two cores. The plinth floors are made from prefabricated concrete modules, and the barrel vault combines a steel skeleton with timber floor plates.
