The photographic approach in our work goes beyond the idea of simple photorealism. What interests us here is the surprise of the shot, the act of moving around on site, seizing the moment, like a passerby, because 3D cannot invent everything. The details of the project come into play later. There is the time of the photo and the time of the detail in our work.
The Architect:
Lemoal is an architecture firm based in Paris and Rennes, founded in 2010 by Christophe and Jesse Lemoal. It assists local authorities and the government in transforming their buildings and territories. Today, it is dedicated to a crucial field: the regeneration of the government's real estate assets, with the conviction that these buildings, often considered ordinary or obsolete, are in fact an essential resource for the future.
